What size of company do you work with?
From a business that is just starting to a company with branches. Size matters less than having someone on your side who can make decisions and reply on time.
Can I start with just one service?
Yes, and that is the most common case. Clients start with one thing, see the work, and continue from there. There is no mandatory bundle.
Do you work with a contract?
With a contract covering scope, timeline, payments, and who is responsible for what. It protects both sides and is not treated as a formality.
Marketing and ads
When do ads start showing results?
The first two weeks are for gathering data and testing. Improvement starts showing from week three. Anyone promising results on day one is not being straight with you.
Is ad spend included in your fee?
No. Ad spend goes to the platform directly and stays under your control. Our fee is separate and stated in the contract.
Do you guarantee a number of customers?
No. We guarantee the work, the reporting, and continuous optimisation. The number of customers depends on pricing, product, and competition, and not all of that is in our hands.
How we work and pricing
How does work start?
A call or meeting where we understand your business and what you need, then a written proposal with scope, timeline, and price. If we agree we start, and if not there is no obligation.
Who will I deal with during the project?
One person owns your project from start to finish. You will not have to explain the same thing to different people.
How quickly do you reply?
Within an hour during working hours. For anything urgent on a live system there is a separate emergency channel.
Websites, stores and systems
How do I know I need custom software?
If you have tried two ready made programs and each misses something essential, and you keep a spreadsheet on the side, you probably need custom. Otherwise ready made is cheaper and faster.
How is the cost determined?
We run a discovery stage first. After it we know the scope precisely and give you a fixed price per stage, not an open estimate that grows as you go.
Do I own the code?
Yes, entirely. We deliver it to your repository rather than ours, so you can continue with anyone after us.
Is there support after handover?
Three months of support are included, then an optional maintenance agreement if you want one.
